This policy covers the "Reels Automation-IG" app operated by Vijay for the Instagram account @buildwithvijay.ai. The app publishes Vijay's own reels and sends a one-time reply message to people who comment a specific keyword on those reels.
We do not collect passwords, contact lists, payment card or bank details, or any data from people who have not commented on our posts.
When you buy a kit on /buy/… we collect your email address and mobile number, the order amount and the UPI reference number of your payment. We use them only to confirm your payment, deliver the kit (download link by email) and help you if something goes wrong. Card, UPI and netbanking payments are processed by Razorpay under its own privacy policy (or, when shown, paid by direct UPI to Vijay's bank account); we never see or store your card number, bank login or UPI PIN. To confirm payments, an automated script in Vijay's own Gmail reads only the bank's credit-alert emails. Order records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Data is stored in a secured database (Supabase) and processed on Vercel servers. Comment logs are kept for up to 90 days and then deleted.
The app also uses the YouTube Data API, authorised only by Vijay for his own YouTube channel, to upload and schedule his own videos, set thumbnails, post a comment on his own videos and read his channel/video statistics. The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted-at-rest in our database and is never shared. We do not access, store or share any YouTube data of viewers. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time at Google Account permissions. YouTube is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See Data Deletion Instructions.
